very nice photography, paint.net is what I use (it's also free so it's really helpful) and all you do is open your picture and click rotate the way you want it and it won't mess up the quality and then you save it. Hopefully it helps you.
sorry for the late reply and it's okay I just thought it might help you some. I haven't really been active in my art either besides like one piece haha
